Angles: Angular Houses

The Angles of a chart are located at the cusps of the 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th Houses. These same four houses may also be referred to as the "Angular Houses".

Aspect

The angular relationship between two or more bodies, planets or points. The most commonly used aspects in astrology are the Conjunction (0º), Opposition (180º), Trine (120º), Square (90º), Sextile (60º) and Quincunx (150º), Semisquare (45º) and Semisextile (30º). The most intense of these being the Conjunction and Opposition, followed by the Square and Trine, then the Sextile and Quincunx and finally the Semisquare and Semisextile.

Asteroid
An Asteroid is one of hundreds of thousands of small rocky bodies orbiting the Sun, mostly found in the Asteroid Belt, which lies between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. It is hypothesised that they may be the remnants of a planet that once was, or could be the raw materials of a planet that never formed.
Many are named and may be used in Horoscope interpretation by Astrologers who specialiaze in Asteroid use. The first four discovered are in common use: Ceres, Pallas, Juno and Vesta.
